Polymer production

During the last decades, CTD has proven to be a reliable partner for all the major polymer production plants worldwide.

In the LDPE (low density polyethylen) production plants we supply and refurbish the most critical carbide and steel high pressure parts. The extremely high pressures (up to 3500 bar)and the explosive nature of the compressed ethylene gas make all parts and their reconditioning very critical.

For other polymer plants – that produce LLDPE, HDPE, PP or PS – as well as for compounding plants, we manufacture pelletizing knives and we recondition pelletizing die plates for underwater pelletizing.
